The second story is compromised of 3 living spaces.

The stairway leads to an open area that serves as a great home office or reading room. It features a window overlooking the landscaped backyard.

From this space, there is access to 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom measuring approximately 12' x 11' and features a closet and two windows. All rooms are vented for heat and air conditioning.

An unfinished attic space is accessible from one of the rooms and runs the length of the front of the home.
